It holds responsibility for key operations at the PDRM base, including recruitment, discipline, transfers, human resources, staff motivation, as well as the improvement of the website and portal. This unit plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning and efficiency of the organisation by overseeing essential aspects related to personnel management and internal processes.

Tasks & Responsible
Supervise the transfer system (Transfer Team), check personnel data, and review the background of the previous company.
Responsible for all activities within the base, including security systems, wired improvements, base design, and any default solutions in the base.
This unit is responsible for all aspects of the portal, including porta; improvement, reporting any issues to the portal technician, monitoring and checking the system for both PC and mobile websites, implementing policy changes, and more.
Responsible for overseeing the recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing, training, to scripting.
