  • To access this benefit, staff members are required to submit a PLR through the dedicated Discord channel, often labeled as #pay-late-request. Alternatively, they can also inform any member of the pay team about their situation.

  • This process is in place to provide support to employees facing challenges in receiving their pay on time, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and resolved appropriately.

  • it's important to note that PLR requests must be made at least 30 minutes before the scheduled payday.

  • If an employee fails to request a PLR within this timeframe and misses the payday, all their pay for that day will be forfeited.

  • However, in exceptional cases, if an employee is unable to make a timely PLR request, they have the option to inform a DSP and seek approval to receive their pay, although this is subject to DSP discretion and evaluation of the circumstances. This ensures that the PLR process is fair and encourages employees to make their requests within the specified timeframe.

  • For individuals seeking PLR, it is essential to accumulate 3 points between 10:00 pm and 12:00 am before asserting their eligibility to make a claim for payment.
