PDRM Bonus & Incentives

In our training, we value our trainers who play a vital role in preparing recruits for their duties, including basic command, SPO training and all the training. To recognize their hard work, we've introduced a Trainer Incentives program, offering trainers an extra award for their dedication in training, a demanding task that ensures the happiness and motivation of our trainers. This program maintains our training quality and prepares recruits effectively.

Trainer

Applicable to Sergeant+ only

Requirement:​

  1. Rank eligibility from Sergeant (Sgt.) to General Police (ASP).

  2. Recorded at Training Log in PDRM Staff Portal

  3. Approved by Finance Team or Pay Team

Rewards:​

  1. An additional 1c will be added as bonus in that day after pay.

A special task is an assignment provided by a superior for specific purposes. These tasks are typically categorized into various areas such as finance, unit tasks, events, base operations, and more. When a staff member is tasked with such responsibilities, it signifies a high level of trust from the superior, and as a token of recognition, they may be rewarded with extra pay or bonuses for their exceptional performance. Requirement:​

  1. Rank eligibility from Constable to General Police.

  2. Task given specifically from Units Leader, Directors & Chairman.

  3. Approved by any of Executive Director+.

  4. Acknowledge by Finance Team & Pay Team

Rewards:​

  1. An additional 1c will be added as bonus in that day after pay.

Introducing the "Staff of the Day" recognition, a unique and optional program that is dependent on the discretion of the Directors+. On certain occasions, exceptional staff members may receive this distinction, acknowledging their outstanding dedication and contributions to the base and units, and their potential as future leaders. The Directors+ will consider and designate deserving individuals from within the PDRM for this special recognition, with the aim of motivating and appreciating our exceptional staff members.

Requirement:​

  1. Rank eligibility from Constable to General Police

  2. Active in base (Top 3 Daily Highest Accumulated Points)

  3. Acknowledge by Finance Team & Pay Team

Rewards:​

  1. 5c for Top 1

  2. 3c for Top 2

  3. 1c for Top 3

In the PDRM, our staff members are the backbone of the organization, facilitating in-base activities and providing guidance to junior ranks. They ensure the efficient functioning of the PDRM, from recruitment to station management. Staff members also have the opportunity to join various units.

 

The Staff of the Month (SoTM) award is granted to those who excel in their roles, demonstrating dedication in the base and units, and showing potential as future leaders. The SoTM Committee nominates and votes on deserving candidates from within the PDRM.

Requirement:​

  1. Rank eligibility from Constable to General Police.

  2. Minimum one-month tenure in the PDRM is required.

  3. Active in base (Monthly Highest Accumulated Points).

  4. No history of winning SoTM for the past month.

  5. Must have a clean disciplinary record.

  6. Recommendation by a Executive Directors & Chairman.

Rewards:​

  1. An additional 50c will be added at the end of each month.

  2. An SOTM (Staff of the Month) statue is displayed at the base.

  3. Habbo avatar featured on the PDRM|Habbo website as Staff of the Month (SOTM).

The PDRM Habbo is not in any way affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed, or officially connected with the real-life PDRM. It exists solely for the purpose of the Habbo game.
